Terms & Conditions for Lost in Traffic: Car Jam
Welcome to Lost in Traffic: Car Jam! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Lost in Traffic: Car Jam mobile application (the "App"), developed and published by Amsunaris ("we", "us", or "our") under package identifier com.amsunaris.lost_in_traffic.
By downloading, installing, or playing Lost in Traffic: Car Jam, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download or use the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or playing Lost in Traffic, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use and uninstall the App.
2. License & Intellectual Property
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and play the App on your personal Android device for personal, non-commercial entertainment. All game mechanics, pathfinding algorithms, level configurations, road grid designs, source code, artwork, audio effects, visual themes, and branding remain the exclusive property of the developer and/or licensors.
You agree not to modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, resell, or distribute the App or any portion thereof without express written consent from the developer.
3. Game Progression & Virtual Items
Lost in Traffic features offline game progression, including level unlocks, star ratings, and in-game virtual currency (coins). These virtual items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be redeemed for legal tender, and are stored strictly locally on your device. We are not responsible for loss of progress or virtual currency resulting from app uninstallation, device resets, or corrupted local storage.
4. Updates and Changes
We reserve the right to modify, update, or improve the App at any time without prior notice.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that gameplay will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every Android device configuration.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.

8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lithuania.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
