Welcome to Inversi! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Inversi mobile application (the "App"), developed and published by Amsunaris ("we", "us", or "our") under package identifier com.amsunaris.inversi.

By downloading, installing, or playing Inversi, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download or use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or playing Inversi, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use and uninstall the App.

2. License & Intellectual Property

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and play the App on your personal Android device for personal, non-commercial entertainment. All game mechanics, source code, artwork, audio effects, level configurations, visual themes, and branding remain the exclusive property of the developer and/or licensors.

You agree not to modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, resell, or distribute the App or any portion thereof without express written consent from the developer.

3. Level Editor & User Creations

Inversi includes an offline Level Editor. Any custom levels created within the App remain stored locally on your device.

4. Updates and Changes

We reserve the right to modify, update, or improve the App at any time without prior notice.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that gameplay will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every Android device configuration.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.
